For any reason, you are not satisfied with JC Jewelry, please contact us immediately and give a chance for us to assist you solve the problem. Please do not hurry to give a feedback or dispute, thank you !

1.Quality problem: please contact us in 7 days after you received the goods, send us high definition pictures of the defective product. After confirm it is not caused by transport or human-caused damage, we will arrange refund, return, replacement or compensation with next order. 

2.Any other reason: if you just do not like some items, please contact us in 7 days after you received the goods. Please keep those items in original condition and undertake shipping cost to return us, and don’t forget to take photo as record. We will arrange refund or replacement after receiving the returned items.

With advanced technology of cutting, plating and polishing, and strict quality control, now our defective rate keeps around 2‰. So if the customer complain with unreasonable defective quantity, we will verify whether it is our responsibility. On the other hand, complaints of malicious acts is unwelcome and unacceptable.
